Returns & Replacements
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind our products at Safe n Beautiful. We are confident you will enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied with our products you may return the product to Safe n Beautiful for a refund. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items not returnable/exchangeable are marked as such on each product page of our website. Gifts purchased from safe-nails.com are eligible for exchanges or for a credit on the Snails website.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: Please send the product to us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Please include the following information about yourself: name, address, phone number, and email address. Be sure to state reason for return, action to be taken (credit or replacement) and place everything in one box and return it to us. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Snails is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Once the original item(s) are received at Safe n Beautiful, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs).
