Safe n Beautiful reserves the right to vary this policy from country to country as required by law. - Privacy Regarding Children
- We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children. Pursuant to COPPA guidelines, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, please contact us by e-mail at customercare@safe-nails.com and we will remove the information about the individual from our database.

- All of the purchases made through the Snails website take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the internet. Your payment details are kept in an encrypted format until we process your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: We stand behind our products at Safe n Beautiful. We are confident you will enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied with our products you may return the product to Safe n Beautiful for a refund. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items not returnable/exchangeable are marked as such on each product page of our website. Gifts purchased from safe-nails.com are eligible for exchanges or for a credit on the Snails website.

- Q: How do I return a product?
- A: Please send the product to us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Please include the following information about yourself: name, address, phone number, and email address. Be sure to state reason for return, action to be taken (credit or replacement) and place everything in one box and return it to us.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Snails is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original item(s) are received at Safe n Beautiful, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Snails to refund your credit card upon receipt.

We use this information to provide Snails Kids Clubhouse emails relevant to you and to ship you your orders. - We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in Euros.
- Safe n Beautiful accepts all credit cards and PayPal. We do not currently accept international wire transfers or Smart Cards.Troubleshooting Failed Authorizations and Payment DeclinesTo protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide Safe n Beautiful with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.
- Many great promotional offers are available at safe-nails.comTo qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer.
